The history of Value Drivers Business Valuators

The advisors of Value Drivers Business Valuators have been engaged in problems concerning mergers and acquisitions for already more than 15 years. It is exceptionally unique that they have fulfilled this engagement from numerous roles in the merger- and acquisition process. For instance, trajectories have been supervised from the role of accountant, financial director (both on the buying and on the selling side), entrepreneur (risk-taking) and Corporate Finance advisor. Value Drivers Business Valuators is active as an independent Corporate Finance institution in the Benelux since 1999.

Value Drivers is a member of the Netherlands Institute for Register Valuators (NIRV). The NIRV is the professional association for Register Valuators in the Netherlands. A Register Valuator or RV is a financial expert who specializes in determining the value of a company.

Although valuing companies is a relatively new field, it is becoming more and more obvious to use an RV in various situations. Not everyone can call themselves RV. An RV has acquired the knowledge and expertise to valuate a company and to carry out the most complex valuation issues by following a specialised postgraduate course in Business Valuation.
